Youth On The Rise (YOTR) was a collaborative led by the Cradle to Career Partnership (⁠C2C). YOTR merged into the Thriving Futures Collaborative uniting youth-serving organizations and the C2C Youth Leadership Table (CYLT) supporting youth empowerment, professional development, and involvement throughout our community.

C2C is currently in the process of creating a new directory for youth-serving resources in Pima County. If you are a Pima County youth-serving organization who is not listed on YOTR, or your information needs to be updated, please reach out to info@c2cpima.org with “YOTR” in your subject line.
