
Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest: Refugee Youth Mentorship Program (RYMP)
RYMP aims to create a strong sense of community, foster self-discovery, and equip refugees to successfully navigate new systems while honoring their own cultural contributions to society. Students 16- 25 years old are matched with volunteer mentors to achieve their goals focused on building life skills, English language development, college readiness, career exploration, and job readiness.
