Community Partners Integrated Healthcare (CPIH)
Through our individualized, strengths-based approach, the Young Adult Program guides members to a more healthy, capable and confident lifestyle. The Rosemont Health Campus, conveniently located in central Tucson, is the primary site for this specialized program. There, members can receive in-office services along with group and primary medical care. Services can also be offered to participants in the community.
